Size 1.22m x 1.52m Thickness 0.6mm. The back has been sanded to ensure good adhesion to the substrate. Hawaiian Koa with beautiful, colorful stripes and strong, deep curly grain. This Big Island Hawaiian Koa was harvested from the top of Mauna Loa. This is some of the most superb Koa in a long history, and only a limited stock remains.
"Kamiprai" is the product name for our paperback veneer. Kamiprai is our specialty product, which can be easily rolled and shipped worldwide. We use 0.25mm and 0.5mm sanded paper from Richwood Industries' Polybak paperback in the USA.
Due to its natural origin, the grain of each sheet will vary slightly. For multiple orders, we will provide sheets with continuous grain.
Hawaiian Koa (Acacia Koa) is the largest native tree species in Hawaii. This beautiful wood has been used by Native Hawaiians for various purposes, including canoes, paddles, building materials, and carvings. The wood is now popular for flooring, bowl turning, picture frames, gunstocks, musical instruments, cabinets, and gift items.
