Beautiful Hawaiian Mango paperback veneer 4x8 (1.22m x 2.44m x 0.6mm thickness) bookmatch #488, harvested on the Big Island of Hawaii.

This series features intense, strong curl throughout, with interesting color and figure. This tropical, exotic, light-colored wood beautifully complements darker woods. Imagine a mango kitchen cabinet, far more expensive and beautiful than other species.

"KamiPly" is the product name for our paperback veneer. KamiPly is our specialty product, and it can be easily rolled and shipped worldwide. We use 0.25mm and 0.5mm sanded paper from Richwood Industries' Polybak paperback in the USA.

Due to its natural origin, the grain of each sheet will vary slightly. For multiple orders, we will provide sheets with continuous grain.

Mango wood is a lustrous blonde, often developing various mottled brown tones as it dries. Some trees feature dark brown heartwood. The grain is wavy and often shows good curly figure, creating a "fiddleback" effect. Although durable, mango wood is prone to decay, making it challenging to process without degradation.
