■ Product Description

Quilted Bigleaf Maple 4A
Electric Guitar Drop Top – Bookmatched 2-Piece Set

Item Number: MLQ-EDT-008

This premium set features rare 4A (High-Mid Grade) Quilted Bigleaf Maple (Acer macrophyllum) from Canada, selected for electric guitar construction.

The wood features beautiful, three-dimensional quilted figure, characterized by flowing, wave-like patterns that create a striking sense of depth across the surface.

The distinctive quilted figure resembles ripples on water, changing in appearance depending on the viewing angle and light. This highly decorative grain pattern makes Quilted Maple a popular choice for premium electric guitar tops.

This bookmatched 2-piece Drop Top set measures approximately 570 mm long, 430–450 mm wide, and 5.7 mm thick when opened and laid flat.

The generous dimensions make this set suitable for Stratocaster-style electric guitars and various other custom guitar body designs, subject to the required body dimensions.

The beautiful quilted figure and bookmatched configuration make this set an excellent choice for creating a distinctive, high-end custom electric guitar.

The measured moisture content is approximately 10%.
